Dr. Meyr is a board certified reconstructive foot and ankle surgeon who has been in the Department of Surgery at TUSPM for over 15 years. He has served as the residency program director at Temple University Hospital for over 10 years. His professional interests include elective and traumatic reconstructive foot and ankle surgery, diabetic limb preservation, foot and ankle science, and education of students, residents and peers.
In addition to TUSPM, Dr. Meyr participates nationally with numerous organizations including the American Association of College of Podiatric Medicine (Board of Directors), American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgery, American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons (Board of Directors/Executive Committee), American Podiatric Medical Association, Council of Teaching Hospitals (Executive Committee), Council on Podiatric Medical Education, the Journal of Foot and Ankle Surgery, and the Pennsylvania Podiatric Medical Association.
