Dr. Jinsup Song is a graduate of DPM-PhD program of the TUSPM and Drexel University. As a practicing podiatric physician and a clinical investigator, Dr. Song has been investigating and treating patients with aberrant foot biomechanics for over 25 years. As PI or co-Investigator on several university- and NIH-funded grants, Dr. Song laid the groundwork for measures of foot structure (malleolar valgus index, arch height index measuring system, the first metatarsophalangeal joint hypermobility), dynamic foot function (center of pressure excursion index, CPEI), foot orthoses, and foot exercises.
