Join us for TUSPM’s Annual Family Day. Family Day is designed so that you, as family of a TUSPM student, can get a brief introduction and appreciation for what is podiatric medicine. We want to foster a sense of community here at TUSPM for our students, their families and our staff, faculty and alumni.
Family Day will allow you to hear from one of our alumni, who will be our keynote speaker. You will then have the chance to choose from a variety of workshops, led by our students or presented by one of our faculty members. Student workshops will range from suturing, casting and a structural foot exam. Sit in on a workshop by our faculty members who are specialist in biomechanics and sports medicine. Lastly, don’t forget to sign up for a tour where you will get to see our state-of-the-art anatomy lab, our standardized patient center which prepares our students for their clinical years, as well as many other areas of TUSPM’s campus that your TUSPM student utilizes.
Fun will be had by all, whether it be playing jumbo jenga, taking a fun commemorative photo, or enjoying funnel cake and popcorn. Show your TUSPM pride by having your face painted or by stopping by the bookstore table to get your TUSPM gear.
