The entrance to the main building is located on 8th Street (one way, south), between Race (one way, east) and Cherry Streets (two ways, east/west). The main entrance to the Foot and Ankle Clinic is located off the public parking lot which is accessible from Cherry Street.

Main arterials to TUSPM include
I-95 to I-676 (8th Street exit eastbound and Callowhill exit westbound) and I-76 to I-676.

Train. The closest SEPTA regional rail line station is located at Market East (10th and Market), five blocks from campus. If traveling by Amtrack, a transfer must be made from 30th Street Station to Market East Station. Visit SEPTA for more information on schedules, routes and rates.

Subway. There are two subway stations within two blocks of campus: 1) the 8th and Market stop, on the Market-Frankford line; and 2) the Chinatown stop at 8th and Race on the Broad Street line (closer, although not as convenient). Visit SEPTA for more information on schedules, routes and rates.

The closest airport is Philadelphia International, located approximately 20 minutes from campus via I-95.
