COST: $100.00 4 CME Credits
No cost for residents with letter from residency director.
TIME: 8:00 a.m. - 12:15 p.m.

CME: up to 4 hours of CME credits have been approved
REFUNDS: Registration fees are non-refundable. If you have registered for a seminar and are not able to attend, you may notify the Continuing Education Office and transfer your registration fee to another seminar date in the 2009-2010 series.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Due to inclement weather, it may be necessary to cancel a seminar; however, if the School remains open the seminar will be held.
