COST: 1 Session, $100.00 – 4 CME Credits, 2 Sessions, $150.00 – 6 CME Credits

MUST BE PRE-REGISTERED FOR 2 SESSIONS SINCE SPACE IS LIMITED

TIME: 8:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.
LOCATION: TUSPM, 8th & Race Streets Philadelphia, PA, 19107 - 3rd Floor, Room 318
CME: up to 10 hours of CME credits have been approved
REFUNDS: Registration fees are non-refundable. If you have registered for a seminar and are not able to attend, you may notify the Continuing Education Office and transfer your registration fee to another seminar date in the 2009-2010 series.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Due to inclement weather, it may be necessary to cancel a seminar; however, if the School remains open the seminar will be held.
Note: Temple University School of Podiatric Medicine is approved by the Council on Podiatric Medical Education as a sponsor of continuing education in podiatric medicine.
