Dr. Leonard Portnoy Gallery of Success 2009 Award Recipient

Congratulations to John A. Marty, DPM '83 and Leonard Portnoy, DPM '67 on receiving Temple University's 2009 Gallery of Success Award. The awards were presented during Homecoming Weekend at the Gallery of Success Awards Luncheon. The Gallery's mission is two-fold: to provide current students an opportunity to recognize - and be inspired by - the success of Temple Alumni who have achieved success in their chosen fields, and to honor Temple alumni who have distinguished themselves in their careers while serving as an inspiration to the next generation of Temple graduates. From Temple's 260,000 living alumni, two graduates from each of Temple's 17 schools and colleges are honored every fall and highlighted for one year in the Gallery, located in Mitten Hall's lower level. Additionally, the names of all Gallery of Success recipients are permanently displayed by the Office of Career Development Services, 2nd Floor, Mitten Hall.
